Introduction
Have your say on proposals to revitalise 26 Red Lion Square
Welcome to our consultation website for the proposals for the redevelopment of 26 Red Lion Square.
26 Red Lion Square is an existing office building which has been identified as a prime candidate for refurbishment to help promote business opportunities in Holborn and respond to the London Borough of Camden Council’s policies on development in the borough.
The proposals will provide a refurbishment to the existing building for flexible class A commercial office accommodation to satisfy current and future office space demand. The site will also incorporate modern sustainable building design and materials to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable development throughout the proposals.
As our plans develop, we would like to hear your feedback on the proposals for comments to be taken on board wherever possible to help evolve the design of the application ahead of the submission to London Borough of Camden.
